For over 28 years, I’ve helped people get out of pain and back into their lives through a unique blend of clinical bodywork, massage therapy, and mind-body coaching. As a Massage Therapy Continuing Education Provider and the creator of The Pauley Link Method™, I specialize in helping you understand not only where you hurt, but why—so we can create lasting change, not just temporary relief.
At Life Changer Bodywork & Wellness in Woodstock, GA, each session is personalized just for you. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, feeling out of balance, or simply wanting to move more freely and comfortably in your body, we’ll work together to support your whole self—body, mind, and nervous system.

My sessions are more than a standard massage. They are a clinical, therapeutic experience that blends:
- Traditional Massage Therapy – To release tension, ease sore muscles, and calm your nervous system.
- Sports Massage Techniques – To support active bodies, improve performance, and help prevent or recover from injury.
- The Pauley Link Method™ – My signature clinical technique that restores functional balance in your body and honors the mind-body connection.
- Gentle Coaching – To help you understand patterns in your body, shift habits that keep you stuck, and support your return to balance.
Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you that day—your biggest pain point, movement limitation, or area of imbalance—and build your session around it.

The Pauley Link Method™
The Pauley Link Method™ is a clinical bodywork approach I developed over many years of hands-on practice, teaching, and study. It focuses on:
- Restoring clear communication between muscles, joints, and the nervous system
- Balancing postural patterns and movement habits
- Connecting physical pain with the stresses, beliefs, or emotions that may be influencing it
Rather than chasing symptoms, we look for the “links” in your body that are out of sync and gently guide them back toward balance. Clients often report feeling lighter, more aligned, and more at home in their bodies—both immediately and in the days that follow.
What to Expect
During your session, you can expect:
- A brief check-in to clarify your priorities for the day
- Targeted hands-on work designed to reduce pain, increase mobility, and release tension
- Awareness of the mind-body connection, so you can notice patterns and begin to shift them
- Simple self-care or movement suggestions you can use between sessions to support continued progress

Session Options
I currently offer:
- 60-minute sessions – Ideal for focused work on one or two key areas.
- 90-minute sessions – Perfect for more complex patterns, multiple areas of concern, or when you want deeper reset and integration time.
